Turnaround Management Association (TMA)

TMA is the only international nonprofit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management, with more than 9,000 members in 52 chapters worldwide. TMA members are a professional community of turnaround and corporate renewal professionals who share a common interest in strengthening the economy through the restoration of corporate value. They include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, lenders, bankers, investors and other professionals.

Association for Corporate Growth (ACG)

The ACG is a global organization with 60 chapters in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia, founded in 1956 to bring dealmakers together to help them achieve their business and professional goals. Members include private equity professionals, investment bankers & intermediaries, attorneys, auditors & accountants, lenders, corporate development officers, company leaders.

American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI)

The ABI is a multi-disciplinary, non-partisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency. It was founded in 1982 to provide Congress and the public with unbiased analysis of bankruptcy issues. Its members include more than 12,000 attorneys, auctioneers, bankers, judges, lenders, professors, turnaround specialists, accountants and other bankruptcy professionals.

Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA)

The AIRA is a nonprofit professional association serving financial advisors, accountants, crisis managers, business turnaround consultants, lenders, investment bankers, attorneys, trustees and other individuals involved in the fields of business turnaround, restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency.

Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE)

The ACFE is the world’s largest anti-fraud organization and premier provider of anti-fraud training and education. The association has more than 75,000 members, including those in all job functions, industries and levels of experience who are interested in the prevention, detection and deterrence of fraud.

Secured Finance Network (SFNet)

The Secured Finance Network (formerly the Commercial Finance Association) is an essential, professional community for organizations and professionals who deliver and enable secured finance. The network is comprised of secured lenders, finance companies, factors, service providers, and others who do the important work of providing the capital that fuels our nations’ economies. SFNet brings together the people, data, knowledge, tools, and insights that put capital to work.

American Institute of CPAs (AICPA)

The AICPA is the world’s largest member association representing the accounting profession, with more than 412,000 members in 144 countries, and a history of serving the public interest since 1887. AICPA members represent many areas of practice, including business and industry, public practice, government, education and consulting.

Risk Management Association (RMA)

The RMA is a professional association founded to advance the use of sound risk principles in the financial services industry. RMA promotes an enterprise approach to risk management that focuses on credit risk, market risk, operational risk, securities lending and regulatory issues.

CFA Institute

With more than 100,000 members and regional societies around the world, the CFA Institute is a global, not-for-profit professional organization that provides investment professionals with finance education. The institute engages with the global investment services industry to promote standards in ethics, education, and professional excellence. It also administers the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
